UQ has again been recognised as a Gold Employer at the Pride in Diversity , maintaining this status since 2022 for its efforts to ensure a respectful and inclusive culture.

The Gold Employer ranking recognises the impact of UQ's efforts towards LGBTQIA+ inclusion against the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI), a national benchmark to assess organisational culture and performance.
